Welcome to the Fyne Ales blog—here you’ll find the latest insight into what’s going on with the Fyne Ales team in the brewery, on the farm or on the road.

We’re Hiring: Sales Account Manager

We’re excited to share an opportunity to join the Fyne Ales team as our Sales Account Manager looking after the East Coast of Scotland and the North of England.

ABOUT FYNE ALES

Fyne Ales is a family owned, fully independent farm brewery brewing modern and innovative craft beers on the banks of Loch Fyne. For over twenty years we’ve been brewing award-winning beer in our unique, rural location – growing our brewery from an old dairy to become one of the UK’s most exciting craft breweries. Spearheaded by the legendary Jarl, you can find our beers all over the UK and beyond, and our business continues to go from strength to strength.

It’s not all about Jarl though! We brew a wide range of beers across both Fyne Ales and Origins Brewing so that our list is constantly evolving; with regular specials, seasonals, and collaborations with breweries around the world, in cask, keg, bottle, can, and mini cask – pretty much every format you can think of!

As our business grows, we’re in the exciting position to be looking for candidates to join our dynamic team as a Sales Account Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking someone to become a key member of our Sales Team; building relationships and helping make sure that Fyne Ales beers are as successful as possible for our customers.

The ideal candidate for this role doesn’t necessarily have to have sales experience; as comprehensive sales training will be provided. This job would suit someone who’s been running bars, and is excited to be able to bring their expertise, ideas and passion to pubs all around the East Coast of Scotland and the North of England.

Crucially, this is a role dedicated to looking after existing customers; there’s no cold calling, no prospecting, and none of the elements of sales some people can find a bit daunting. This is about building relationships and growing business through existing accounts; and would be a fantastic first step into the world of selling beer (even though if you’ve been running pubs, you’ve been selling beer already!).
