DELIVERY DRIVER

 

– Full Time

As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for someone to join our team as a Delivery Driver

Reports to: Malc Blackwell, Dray Team Leader

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering packaged goods to customers and haulage depots as far as Newcastle, Aberdeen and Cumbria
• Collecting Empty casks and kegs en route
• Pick up small pack goods from contract packers and Raw Materials for the brewery
• Collating orders ready for dispatch
• Load and unload vehicle
• Daily vehicle checks and cleaning
• Forklift driving as required
• Maintain tidiness of brewery yard
• Occasional Packaging work
• Take part in production tasting panels

HOURS

• Early Starts and Flexible hours – 45 hours per week, averaged across the year

REQUIREMENTS

• Hard worker, up to the physical demands of the job
• Accurate, with meticulous attention to detail
• Good team player, yet able to work solo
• Interested in good beer and have a willingness to learn more
• Over 25 & Full Drivers Licence (Max 3 points)
• Own transport to get to and from the brewery

PACKAGING & WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

– Full Time

As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for someone to join our team as a Packaging & Warehouse Operator

Reports to: Sam Shrimpton, Head Brewer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cask washing & steaming
• Cask racking
• Keg washing & filling
• Bottling
• Putting packaged goods away to stores
• Collating orders ready for dispatch
• Forklift driving as required (training given if needed)
• Keep packaging and warehouse areas in ‘tour ready’ state of cleanliness
• Occasional delivery work
• Take part in production tasting panels

HOURS

• 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS

• Hard worker, up to the physical demands of the job
• Accurate worker with meticulous attention to detail
• Good team worker
• Interested in good beer and have a willingness to learn
• Over 25 & Full Drivers Licence (Max 3 points)
• Own transport to get to and from the brewery
