WAREHOUSE AND STOCK CONTROLLER

Want to work at one of the most beautiful brewery locations in the world? We’re looking for a Warehouse and Stock Controller to join the team in a full time capacity.

Reports to: Sam Shrimpton, Head Brewer

Duties:

· Pick and pack all orders from Ecom to Export pallets

· Regular stock takes across all SKUS

· Load and unload trucks with finished goods and raw materials

· Maintain warehouses and storage areas in a neat and tidy state

· Setting up and monitoring live stock levels across platforms

· Ordering low-stock items

· Support office and taproom function with order processing

· Provide holiday cover to packaging and dray team when required

· Take part in production tasting panel

Hours:

· 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Requirements:

· Experience in stock control, and proficiency with stock control systems

· Hard worker, up to the physical demands of the job

· Accurate with meticulous attention to detail

· Computer literate

· Forklift experience

· Team player who can also work on own initiative

· Interested in good beer and have a willingness to learn more

· Over 25 & Full Clean Drivers Licence (max 3 points)

· Own transport to get to and from the brewery

BREWERY TAP & SHOP TEAM MEMBER

– Part-Time

Want to work at one of the most beautiful brewery locations in the world?

Fyne Ales is seeking someone to join our Brewery Tap & Shop for the busy summer season. The part-time position is for 3 days per week, including ever Saturday & Sunday.

We’re looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about beer to help tell our visitors the Fyne Ales story. The ideal candidate will have a confident, chatty personality. Must be over 18.

Perfect for someone located in the local area, bar & customer service experience is preferred but training will be provided.

FREELANCE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (1 DAY/WEEK) – FYNEFEST – ROLE CLOSED

Start: Late January / Early February

Contract End Date: Late May 2026
Location: West Coast Scotland preferred (Glasgow catch-ups + occasional brewery visits)

FyneFest is looking for an experienced freelance social media specialist to support our 2025 festival campaign. Working one day per week with our Head of Marketing, you’ll plan and create engaging Instagram and Facebook content that builds excitement, drives ticket interest and brings the festival experience to life.

Key tasks:

  • Plan, create and schedule weekly social posts

  • Use our archive of festival photography to build engagement

  • Capture occasional content during brewery visits

  • Support ticket pushes, announcements and festival storytelling

  • Share insights and ideas to help shape the campaign

Ideal for someone with events/lifestyle social media experience who’s creative, organised and based on the west coast of Scotland. Experience or an interest in beer an added bonus.
