THE BASICS
Payment:
Payments will be taken on the 5th of each month, including your first payment which will be taken on the 5th of the next month after joining. Deliveries are made the second week of each month, giving us enough time to resolve any issues and get all the orders picked, packed and safely on their way to members.
Subscriptions can be amended or cancelled at any time – there’s no minimum commitment and you can opt to take a one-month hold any time, up to a maximum of 2 months per year.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are included in subscription fees and shipping will be handled by one of our two courier partners (DPD or DHL). Tracking information will be sent by the courier.
Account:
Your Mini-Cask Club account is separate to any Fyne Ales online shop account you may have registered for previously, you can manage your account by visiting the My Account section of the website, where you’ll also find your unique ‘Subscription Number’.
