#FyneFestAtHome – Bringing The Festival To You

Hello and welcome to FyneFest At Home weekend!

We know some of you kicked off festivities last night – thanks to everyone who tagged us in photos and shared awesome videos with us – but we’re here to share the official video for FyneFest At Home.

Unfortunately due to the lack of video-streaming capable internet in the glen, we can’t be live from the brewery today, but we have put together a playlist of videos filmed on site this week with our team, with musical interludes from some of our favourite FyneFest acts from previous years and some who were due to play this weekend.

We want you to be able to duck in and out whenever and wherever you want – if you just want to do Elaine’s quiz, you can skip through to each round, but if you want a bit of everything you can hit play, sit back and watch the playlist as it rolls. It’s 2hrs and 40minutes in total, and here’s the running order of the main segments, with music, shout-outs and maybe a couple of surprises dotted in between:

  • Welcome
  • Tasting #1: Jarl
  • FyneFest At Home Quiz – Round 1: TV & Film
  • Ask Jamie Anything Part 1
  • Tasting #2: Workbench
  • FyneFest At Home Quiz – Round 2: Music
  • Fyne Ales Brewery Tour
  • Tasting #3: Perfect Silence
  • FyneFest At Home Quiz – Round 3: Sport
  • Ask Jamie Anything Part 2
  • Tasting #4: Origins Brewing – Crimson Fall
  • FyneFest At Home Quiz – Round 4: General Knowledge
  • The End

We’ve done our best to keep it light and fun – and family friendly, but we think a couple of naughty words might have snuck in (we’re looking at you, Massaoke), sorry.

We also got a message from someone a little while ago asking if we could put together some colouring sheets for kids for this weekend and we’re very happy to share a couple of designs here for your family to print off and get creative with: FyneFest At Home Colouring

If you want to get a viewing party together with your pals, we suggest using Watch2Gether, a free online service that makes synchronised video viewing nice and easy – simply sign up for an account, create a room, copy and paste the playlist link (below) and then hit the import video button, finally – invite your pals and hit play! It’s got video and text chat built in, or you can set up a Zoom call on another device. There’s a few alternatives if you’re having trouble, but we found it pretty easy.

Finally, whenever and wherever you watch, please let us know that you are and what you think of FyneFest At Home by tagging us and sharing your thoughts on social media – we’d love to see your photos too! Get us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and use #FyneFestAtHome.

So, without further ado, here is your link to FyneFest At Home 2020 – we really hope you enjoy it, ideally with some nice beers! If you need to restock, you know where to find our online shop (there’s a link above).
