We’re excited to share that Home 2022 will be available from 13 May 2022 in bottle, and for the first time, on draught!

Home is the flagship beer of our Origins Brewing project, combining vintages of aged, spontaneously fermented beer from one to three years-old and offering layers of complex flavours showcasing the native microflora of our uniquely rural Glen Fyne home.

Home 2022, the third edition of our aged spon blend that was first conceived as a tribute to the gueuze beers of Belgian, combines vintages aged up to three years (2018, 2019, 2020) before being bottled in 2021 for further finishing. The resulting blend offers exciting effervescent stone fruit flavours balanced with gentle acidity and rounded honeyed-oak notes before a dry, tannic finish.

“There’s magic in the air in Glen Fyne, magic that means we can take a batch of freshly brewed wort and leave it open in our brewery  overnight and with a bit of love and time and nothing else, create beautiful tasting, complex beers,” shares Fyne Ales MD, Jamie Delap. “The Home series is so special to our brewery – when the Origins Brewing project started, we were aiming to showcase our environment and deliver a sense of place in the glass – our Home blends do exactly that, a pure expression of Glen Fyne in delicious, complex beers.”

 

Home 2022 will be available from the Fyne Ales online shop, bottle shops AND, excitingly, from a handful of our favourite pubs and bars from Friday 13 May. Check out the list below to find out where you can try Home on draught alongside a range of other Fyne Ales beers next weekend:
