Origins Brewing: Introducing the Spring 2019 Collection
Three new Fyne Ales Origins Brewing beers, the Spring 2019 Collection, are now on sale.
Over the past year, we’ve nurtured our mixed fermentation, barrel-aging and wild beer project releasing ten unique beers that we feel showcase a sense of who we are and where we come from as a brewery – our provenance expressed in every bottle. We’re proud of what we achieved in the first year of Origins Brewing, and can’t wait to get year two off to a big start.
The Spring 2019 Collection promises to do just that, with three exciting and unique beers that celebrate our Scottish farm brewery status. Each Spring 2019 Collection beer was primary fermented with our house saccharomyces ale yeast, but the impact of adjuncts, refermentation and the influence of wood and time has created three distinct, complex beers that we’re incredibly excited to share with you.
Origins Brewing – Spring 2019 Collection (click each image to be taken to the product page):
Crimson Fall (7%) – Red rye ale brewed with rosehip and hibiscus and refermented with a mixed culture and finished in Amarone wine barrels.
Fossick (7.6%) – Small-batch Scottish dark ale refermented and aged in French oak for sixteen months with sour cherries and a Brett-forward mixed culture.
Sanguine (5.8%) – Juicy sour ale brewed with Scottish wheat and blackcurrants, finished in red wine barrels.
All three new Origins Brewing beers are available now from the Fyne Ales online shop, individually or as a limited six-pack featuring two of each beer. They will also be hitting shelves of bottle shops from next week – keep an eye on our Twitter to find out who’s got hold of the Spring 2019 beers!
Cheers!
