Paired up with our year-round characterful blonde ale, Hurricane Jack, we’re sending MCC members five litres of the super-citrussy and light Everyone Loves Cascade, a 3.8% session ale designed for easy-drinking. With January traditionally a time of recovery after the season of festive excess we thought it’s the perfect month to revisit our ever-popular single-hop Everyone Loves series, this time showcasing American Cascade hops!

“Cascade is one of the early super-hops when it comes to flavour” shares Fyne Ales Head Brewer, Malcolm Downie. “We’ve used it in a lot of different beers over the years as it’s so versatile but it’s also really great on its own. Pairing it with Hurricane Jack, which uses Cascade and Amarillo, will be an interesting one for MCC members in terms of being able to compare how it expresses in each beer.”

 

Everyone Loves Cascade will be sent to Mini-Cask Club Discovery members first in the second week of January alongside a mini-cask of our year-round characterful blonde ale, Hurricane Jack! Mini-Cask Club members, along with ten-litres of cask beer each month receive:
