Back in spring 2018, we launched a series of single-hop session beers with Everyone Loves Mosaic – and not only was the beer a huge hit, but it helped kick-off the incredibly popular Everyone Loves series that continues to this day. Because it was so popular, Everyone Loves Mosaic has returned four times in the last two-ish years – and now we’re taking it to the next level for Mini-Cask Club members!

Patchwork Mosaic takes the core concept of Everyone Loves Mosaic, but adds a splash of juicy, new-world IPA goodness – ramping up the ABV to 5% and using a malt bill similar to our recent small-batch hits Daydreamer IPA and Hopes & Fears for a soft, full body. Flavour-wise, expect all the stone-fruit and tropical goodness that has made Mosaic one of the most popular modern hops.

“We’ve been brewing a lot of Mosaic in the last few years and it’s an incredible hop to play with,” shares Head Brewer Malcolm Downie. “When you push a single-hop beer up to 5%, you need a hop that’s got heaps and heaps of flavour to carry the ABV, which is why we’ve gone with Mosaic for the first of these Patchwork experiments – it’s so punchy and flavourful, it’s going to make a cracking brew.”

Patchwork Mosaic will be available first to Mini-Cask Club members, shipping to Discovery members from Monday 5 October – giving them the exclusive first taste of this exciting new small-batch special.
