MINI-CASK CLUB – SIGN-UP

We’re taking a turn to the dark side for October as Mini-Cask Club members will be the very first people to try our new regular brew, a 4% robust stout that’s taking the place of Vital Spark in our line-up for Autumn and Winter.

Castle Black is brewed with a blend of seven malts and four British hops, delivering a full-bodied and satisfying pint that’s balanced and thirst-quenching – not too heavy, not too roasty, just supremely delicious and moreish.

“We’ve been brewing stouts as specials every winter for the past few years and we’ve used all the knowledge we’ve built up over the years to create a new seasonal brew,” shares Malcolm Downie, head brewer. “While Vital Spark has the rich, roasty character, its new-world hops give it a fruity, uplifting flavour profile and with the colder nights on the horizon, we wanted a more traditional, robust stout for the winter months.”

Castle Black, whose name is a hat-tip to our local Inveraray Castle of the shores of Loch Fyne, will be exclusively sent to Mini-Cask Members in October before pouring anywhere else, so they can try our new stout before anyone else!

Next month, five litres of Castle Black will be combined with five litres of our fruity blonde ale, Hurricane Jack,  in addition to:

2. Pay £45 on 1st October (including delivery, saving over 15% vs retail).
